A short series of images made for considering time-structured populations, uses and etiquette within a single "commoditised common area". An obvious reference point, the work can be considered a contemporary reflection on Paul Graham’s famed 1986 publication and capitalist enclosure more generally. Here, an unassuming McDonald’s in Coventry city centre is reviewed in light of its modern position as a place of routine, ritual, shelter, congregation and social engagement whilst remaining, inescapably, a place of consumption.
